Creating Balance


When we find ourselves in a position where we feel powerless and that we have lost all control, there’s nothing we need more than balance. Perhaps you aren’t feeling enough love, experiencing losses and no longer feel stable, or you feel like you’ve just lost grip with your life and are desperately grasping onto anything you can because you want your life to change…finally.

This is called the 10 Points of Initial Balance.

  1. Recognize everything exactly how it is at this time. Be in the moment.
  2. Accept situations you cannot change.
  3. Begin immediately to change what you can.
  4. Make new solid foundations and realistic goals.
  5. Nurture these goals daily and refuse and negative influences.
  6. Have complete faith in yourself. Believe in yourself.
  7. Take new interest in your physical health.
  8. Accept who you are and understand your own needs.
  9. Remember why you are doing these things and take command.
  10. Balance is everything.
